Former Frost Elementary School Principal Ed Warrington of Truman died April 13, 2003, at St. Louis, MO from complications of heart disease.

A native of Estherville, Ed Warrington served as elementary principal in Frost during the 1970s. A 30-year venteran of the Iowa National Guard, he served as a "mess seargeant" and was in charge of food preparation for one of Frost's early Dinner Theaters.

Survivors nclude his wife, Janice Warrington of Truman; daughter Susan Warrington of Springfield, MO and a son Mark Warrington and his wife Debbie of St. Louis, MO.
